If there is a problem with an item we sold you, we are willing to exchange it or offer a refund.  Just send back the item with note telling us if you would like a refund or an exchange for a different item.  Powerlifting equipment needs to be unused and clean.  All returns must be postmarked within two weeks of receival date.  If you have questions, send  us an email at curt@lonestarstrength.com
